A sad day for America.  Please pray for those who lost their lives 5 years ago and their friends and family that are still alive today.

Katrina One Year Later

One year ago, hurricane Katrina took the lives of over 1,836 American with over 700 people still missing.  It hit some of the poorest sectors of the country as the government did little to help during first couple days of the aftermath.  Michael Brown called for buses to help evacuate the thousands trapped in the Super Dome and around the city but they were stuck in bureaucracy limbo.  The president did little to help.  Federal troops were called in too late.  If it had been a terrorist attack than the government would have sent aid immediately.

This is a day to remember the dead and the survivors of this deadly disaster.  It is a day where I'm not afraid to say that I am ashamed to be an American.

In other news today, the Bush Administration is finally waging the war against Mother Nature.  Experts believe that U.S. Army Rangers already have Her detained and are planning to ship Her to Guantanamo Bay for further investigation.  Here's a look at sports...

A Mexican man died and his companion was critically injured when they were hit by a Toyota Sequoia about 8:30 p.m. Monday in this crosswalk at Coast Highway and Table Rock Drive in Laguna Beach. Their names were withheld. The driver, Paul Schiada, 49, of Tustin, was headed north on Coast Highway when his car struck the two men in the illuminated crosswalk. Schiada submitted to an alcohol test. He was not cited. His car was impounded for tests.

HMmmm haven't updated in a while.  I just got a job at PCclub a month after dropping of resume (they just opened yesterday) hehe.  I'm a salesman and a techi so I get commission for both.  Man they charge people up the ass.  70 bucks for spyware and virus removal.  Heck I'd do it at home for people for half that price.  Hmm...maybe I should. =)  Got like 10 computer in today to fix.  My feet hurt from standing.  They need some stools.
